Interaction avec : DIHYDROPYRIDINES

Conséquence :

Hypotension, défaillance cardiaque chez les patients en insuffisance cardiaque latente ou non contrôlée (addition des effets inotropes négatifs). Le bêta-bloquant peut par ailleurs minimiser la réaction sympathique réflexe mise en jeu en cas de répercussion hémodynamique excessive.
